Identity and portrayal
Appearance
Before Stelix, the legacy profile gives dark-blue eyes, dirty-blonde hair past the shoulders, tanned skin, a height of five feet six and a slender noblewoman's build. The 80-pound figure is implausible and excluded pending author confirmation. Book One dresses her for the Villa garden ball in dark-blue silk that clings and flows, with a daring neckline and high split; the Atlas now preserves a three-quarter portrait and adds a straight-on companion portrait of the same face and identical gown, alongside the full-length state with two separate high side slits around an opaque central panel. Immediately after the slave-boat rescue, the author's current visual instruction places that recognisable Olivia soaked, exhausted and barefoot in a torn but opaque coarse sackcloth shift whose ragged hem falls at mid-thigh, clearly above the knees, at the Stelix river landing. Only later does Stelix training add clean tunic or trousers, wool wrap, leather pieces, weather protection and sturdy footwear while her hair is still long. After the rider ceremony, her head is shaved and permanent runes mark her scalp, face, throat and body. The transformed full-length website state uses crimson, warm ivory, charcoal and restrained bronze rather than another blue-dominated treatment. The exact fictional rune grammar and placement remain review visuals, not locked designs.
Voice and manner
Formal, educated and accustomed to authority at the beginning. She can be proud and imperious, especially when judging non-Kalton customs. Hard experience makes her more direct, controlled and tactical. Her humour becomes drier and her moral language shifts from imperial duty toward protection proven through action.
Skills, Essan and limitations
Court education, social reading, staff combat, panther riding, rune sequencing and broad compatibility with strength, agility, leap, shield, force, healing, light, silence, endurance, sight, earth/root and command/bond functions. Power costs must remain physical and moral rather than effortless spectacle.
Knowledge limits
Olivia learns the hidden routes and political structure of Stelix, the value of essence-storing minerals and the expansionist goals of Emperor Marius Varro, General Kaeso Rufus and Lucan. She ends without knowing where all of her siblings are.

The portrait now preserves the exact same face, hair, necklace, neckline, silk, seams and gold embroidery as the full-length gown; its below-waist crop also shows the upper portions of both gold-edged openings. Warm lanterns, cream stone and green foliage balance the rich blue costume. Straight-on head-to-waist view preserves Olivia's recognisable face, hair, necklace and the identical rich-blue silk and gold-embroidered bodice while showing both sides symmetrically in the same lantern-lit Villa garden. Head-to-toe dark-blue silk gown now has two clearly separate high side slits edged in gold, with an opaque central panel, natural skin, lifted sapphire night and warm Villa lanterns. The recognised Villa-gown face is now preserved under wet tangled hair. Olivia appears exhausted and barefoot in a shorter mid-thigh, torn but securely opaque brown-grey sackcloth shift at the wet Stelix river landing. Bright green-gold jungle light, natural readable skin, dark-blue eyes, crimson/ivory/charcoal costume and clear fictional rune markings; no blue-dominated clothing or muddy grading. Head-to-toe shaved and rune-marked transformation is clear in warm ochre daylight, with dark-blue eyes and a crimson, ivory, charcoal and bronze practical costume rather than blue-dominated clothing. Bright readable daylight, natural skin and clear subject separation; retained as a secondary mounted state.
